1. Deputy Manager (Finance) : 40 yrs as on 31st of May, 2014
2. Workmen
(i) Instrumentation and Electrical : 35 yrs as on 31st of May, 2014
(ii) Mechanical and Chemical : 39 yrs as on 31st of May, 2014
Scale of Remuneration-
1. Deputy Manager (Finance) : Rs.32,900 to Rs.58,000
2. Workmen (Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical and Mechanical) : Rs.11,900 to Rs.32,000
Academic Necessities-
1. For Deputy Manager (Finance) : ICWA / CA / MBA in Finance with minimum 7 years experience in a renowned organization in the field of Treasury, Taxation, General Accounting, Oil Accounting, etc.
2. Workman (Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical and Mechanical) : Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical /Chemical / Mechanical Engineering with atleast 5 years experience of working in relevant field.
