Total Number of Posts - 659 Vacancies
Emolument - Newly appointed Constables will get Rs.5,200 to Rs.20,200 plus Rs.2,000 GP.
Age Bracket - Job seekers should fall under the age limit of 18 yrs to 25 yrs as on 01.01.2014. Relaxation of age will be applicable according to Government norms.
Pre- requisites of Education - Contender should be class 10th pass or ITI from a renowned Institute or University.
Registration Charges - Aspirants of OBC and General category have to pay Rs.40 as application fee. Job seekers who belong to PWD / SC / ST category are exempted from payment of application fee.
Recruitment Procedure - Written Examination, Physical Test and Trade Test will be the criteria for recruitment of job seekers.
Methodology for Application :
Aspirants who are willing to apply for the position of Constable can do so by downloading the application form available at the official website of Indian Railways : indianrailways.gov.in . Candidates must fill the application form completely with every necessary detail. Aspirants should send their completely filled application form and attach relevant documents with it. After attaching required documents contenders should send it to the concerned address within the due date. Applications reaching the concerned address after the scheduled date will not be entertained.
