The Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) has invited applications from the eligible candidates who wish to work in the post of Assistant Regional Manager (Operations/ Technical) through written exam/ interview held for this purpose. The applicants selected shall be entitled to receive Pay Band 2 under post mentioned as remuneration. The applicants in order to participate under the concerned recruitment should possess relevant educational qualifications as specified in notification for this purpose.

Requirements of Eligibility:

The candidates in order to get selected in the post of Assistant Regional Manager (Operations) must have a post graduate degree or diploma in Business Administration or Business Management from any recognized university of a minimum two years duration and knowledge of Hindi & Devanagri Script.  

The minimum eligibility required for getting selected in the post of Assistant Regional Manager (Technical) requires a full time degree in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering from any recognized university of India and good knowledge of Hindi & Devanagri Script.

Age Qualification:

The candidates participating in the recruitment concerned should have their ages not less than 21 years and more than 40 years brought into effect from 1^st January 2014. There shall be relaxations provided to candidates deserving according to government rules framed for this purpose. For instance, maximum ages should be relaxed by 5 years for OBC/ SC/ST categories.

Method of Selection:

The selections in the post of Assistant Regional Manager shall be done based on the written exam/ interview held for this purpose as and when specified.

Manner of Application :

Online registration forms should be filled at the website of UPSRTC in the manner as specified. The applicants will be required to pay the non refundable registration fee in the form of Rs 1800 (for General/ OBC categories) and Rs 900 (for SC/ST categories) respectively through the options as made available for this purpose.
