Particulars of AAI Recruitment, 2014 :
Name of the Designation - Company Secretary
Number of Positions - 1 Vacancy
Salary Offered - The aspirant will receive Rs.29,100 to Rs.54,500 as remuneration. Company Secretary’s Grade will be equivalent to Senior Manager in Airport Authority of India Limited.
Responsibilities of Company Secretary - The Company Secretary will take care of matters related to Company Law.
Time of Deputation - The deputation period will be 3 years.
Age bar - The applicant should be less than 45 years of age as on 26th of May, 2014.
Experience Necessities –Post qualification experience of 3 years in relevant field (Finance or Law).
Academic pre- requisites - The job seeker should possess a Graduation Degree with Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. If the aspirant has any extra qualification in the field of Finance or Law it will be advantageous for the candidate.
